\u2103\u5e2f\u3067\u6607\u83ef\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u5229\u7528\u3057\uff0c\u9ad8\u6e29\u3067Si\uff08\u307e\u305f\u306f\u77f3\u82f1\uff09\u57fa\u677f\u4e0a\u306b\u89e6\u5a92\u30ca\u30ce\u7c92\u5b50\u3092in-situ\u5f62\u6210\u3057\u305f\u76f4\u5f8c\u306bCNT\u3092\u5408\u6210\u3059\u308b\u9023\u7d9a\u30d7\u30ed\u30bb\u30b9\u304c\u7279\u5fb4\u3067\u3042\u308b\uff0e\u539f\u6599\u306b\u306f\u30a2\u30bb\u30c1\u30ec\u30f3\u3092\u4f7f\u7528\u3057\uff0c10\u5206\u7a0b\u5ea6\u306e\u77ed\u6642\u9593\u30671 mm\u3092\u8d85\u3048\u308b\u9577\u3055\u306e\u591a\u5c64CNT\u304c\u6210\u9577\u3059\u308b\uff0eCVD\u6761\u4ef6\u306b\u3088\u308a\u76f4\u5f84\u309215\uff5e70 nm\u7a0b\u5ea6\u306e\u7bc4\u56f2\u3067\u5236\u5fa1\u53ef\u80fd\u3067\u3042\u308b\uff0eCNT\u6210\u9577\u9762\u5bc6\u5ea6\u306f5-10\u00d710<sup>9 <\/sup>cm<sup>-2<\/sup>\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3067\u3042\u308b\uff0e\u6700\u5927\u306e\u7279\u9577\u306f\uff0c1 mm\u8d85\u306e\u9577\u5c3aCNT\u30d5\u30a9\u30ec\u30b9\u30c8\u3067\u3042\u3063\u3066\u3082\u9ad8\u3044\u7d21\u7e3e\u6027\u3092\u6709\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3042\u308b\uff0e\u56f3\uff11\u306b\u5869\u5316\u7269\u4ecb\u5728CVD\u6cd5\u3067\u4f5c\u88fd\u3057\u305f\u7d21\u7e3e\u6027CNT\u30d5\u30a9\u30ec\u30b9\u30c8\u306e\u64cd\u4f5c\u578b\u96fb\u5b50\u9855\u5fae\u93e1\uff08SEM\uff09\u50cf\u3092\u793a\u3059\uff0e2
